These Terms of Service (the «Terms») govern the relationship between the administration of the Ready?GO! service (the «Service») and the users of the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms.

1. Scope

The Service lets users post and find events, sign up to participate, create communities, publish photo albums, and exchange messages and comments. Access to the Service is provided free of charge, on an «as is» basis.

2. Registration and account

• Users aged 16 and older may register.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any actions taken from your account.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify the administration immediately.

3. User rights and responsibilities

The user agrees:

• to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms;
• not to infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;
• not to post prohibited content (see the Content Rules);
• not to use automated means to mass-collect data, spam, or carry out any malicious activity;
• not to attempt unauthorized access to other users' data or to the Service infrastructure.

4. User content

By posting content (event texts, comments, photos, etc.), the user:

• warrants that they hold the rights necessary to post such content;
• grants the Service a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for the operation of the Service: displaying it within the Service, processing by technical services to the extent necessary for operation (hosting, email notifications, AI features; full list in the Privacy Policy), and publishing it to connected Telegram groups when integration is enabled. User content is not transferred for commercial purposes and is not sold;
• takes full responsibility for the content and accuracy of the information they post.

5. Event organizers

• The organizer of an event is solely responsible for conducting the event, participant safety, and the accuracy of its description.
• The Service is not the organizer of user-posted events and is not responsible for the actions of organizers or participants.
• When integrating with a Telegram group, the organizer is responsible for the legality of publishing events in that group.

6. Administration rights

The Service administration reserves the right to:

• moderate, hide, or remove any content that violates these Terms or the Content Rules;
• restrict, block, or delete accounts that violate these Terms;
• change the functionality of the Service and temporarily suspend it for maintenance.

7. Intellectual property

The design, source code, logos, and other elements of the Service that are not user-generated content belong to the Service administration. Copying and commercial use of these elements without the administration's consent is not permitted.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided «as is». Technical interruptions and scheduled maintenance are possible. The administration is not liable for:

• users' actions or the accuracy of the information they post;
• direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service (including lost profits, expenses related to participation in cancelled or changed events, etc.);
• temporary unavailability or loss of data due to technical failures or actions of third parties.

9. Changes

The administration may amend these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.

10. Termination and account deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, submit a deletion request from the account settings page. The account and the personal data associated with it are removed within 14 days of the request; retention details are described in the Privacy Policy.
